1. Who we are

Vowcore ("Vowcore," "we," "us," or "our") operates two lines of business: Vowcore Growth, a growth marketing practice delivering paid media, creative, and email marketing through a vetted partner network; and Vowcore Software, which builds custom operational software for small and independent businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit vowcoreapps.com, submit a Growth Assessment or booking form, or interact with our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a Growth Assessment, request a strategy call, submit a software blueprint request, or fill out a lead form advertised by Vowcore, we collect:

• Full name
• Business phone number
• Business or personal email
• Company name and website or store URL, where provided
• Answers to qualification questions about your business type, marketing channels, approximate ad spend and revenue ranges, current bottlenecks, and goals

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website:

• Standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps)
• Advertising pixel data (page views, form submissions, button clicks) from the Meta Pixel and, where deployed, the TikTok Pixel, used for advertising measurement and retargeting
• Campaign attribution parameters (UTM tags) stored in your browser session so we can tell which campaign brought you here
• Cookies and similar technologies used by advertising platforms and by our hosting provider

Client marketing data. If you become a Vowcore Growth client, we access advertising and email platform accounts that you own and control (for example Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or your email service provider) in order to deliver the services. We act on your instructions with respect to that data, you retain ownership of it, and our access ends when the engagement ends.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare your Growth Assessment, proposal, or software blueprint
• To contact you about your request by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising on Meta and TikTok
• To create custom and lookalike audiences for future advertising
• To keep records for legitimate business, tax, and compliance purposes

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the business — including Google Firebase (hosting, database), Meta and TikTok (advertising and lead forms), Telegram (internal team notifications), and Resend (transactional email)
• Delivery partners in our vetted partner network — media buyers, creative producers, and email operators assigned to your account. Partners receive only the information needed to deliver the work, are bound by confidentiality obligations, and may not use your data for their own purposes
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

5. Advertising pixels and lead ads

If you submit a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok advertised by Vowcore, the information you provide is delivered to us by that platform under its lead ads terms. The platform may also use this information according to its own policies.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, and may use the TikTok Pixel, to measure ad performance and build audiences for retargeting. We also send server-side conversion events (Meta Conversions API and equivalent) containing hashed identifiers such as your email address and phone number, so that conversions can be attributed accurately. These identifiers are hashed before transmission and are used for measurement and audience building only.

You can control ad personalization in your Meta Accounts Center and in your TikTok account settings.

6. Cookies and your tracking choices

When you first visit our site, we show a banner explaining that we use cookies and advertising pixels. You can accept or decline.

If you decline, we instruct the Meta Pixel to revoke consent, which stops it from processing your browsing on this site for advertising purposes. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies to that browser and device. You can change it at any time by clearing your site data for vowcoreapps.com, which makes the banner appear again.

Strictly necessary functions — serving the site, submitting a form, and preventing abuse — operate regardless of your choice, because the site cannot work without them.

You can also block cookies through your browser settings, and use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. We do not currently respond to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track browser signals; if that changes, we will update this policy.

7. Data retention

We retain lead form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to keep records for legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).

8. Security

Lead data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with access limited to Vowcore personnel. We use industry-standard technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure — please do not send us sensitive information you would not want stored.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses such as advertising personalization. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vowcoreapps.com from the address associated with your submission.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell your data).

EU/UK residents (GDPR) may exercise the rights described above and lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority.

10. Children

Vowcore's services are for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

Vowcore operates from the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
