1. Who we are

Vowcore Apps ("Vowcore," "we," "us," or "our") builds custom operational software for small and independent businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit vowcoreapps.com, submit our lead form, or interact with our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our blueprint request form or a Meta lead form advertised by Vowcore, we collect:

Full name
Business phone number
Business or personal email
Answers to qualification questions about your business, industry, current tools, and operational needs

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website:

Standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps)
Meta Pixel data (page views, form submissions, button clicks) used for advertising measurement and retargeting on Meta platforms
Cookies and similar technologies used by Meta and by our hosting provider

3. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a custom app blueprint or demo
To contact you about your request by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp
To measure and improve the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms
To create custom and lookalike audiences for future advertising
To keep records for legitimate business, tax, and compliance purposes

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us operate the business — including Google Firebase (hosting, database), Meta (advertising and lead forms), Telegram (internal team notifications), and Resend (transactional email)
Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

5. Meta lead ads and pixel

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram advertised by Vowcore, the information you provide is delivered to us by Meta under Meta's Lead Ads Terms. Meta may also use this information according to its own policies. Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and build audiences for retargeting. You can control ad personalization in your Meta Accounts Center.

6. Data retention

We retain lead form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to keep records for legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).

7. Security

Lead data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with access limited to Vowcore personnel. We use industry-standard technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure — please do not send us sensitive information you would not want stored.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses such as advertising personalization. To exercise any of these rights, email info@vowcoreapps.com from the address associated with your submission.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell your data).

EU/UK residents (GDPR) may exercise the rights described above and lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority.

9. Children

Vowcore's services are for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

Vowcore operates from the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
