TikTok Ads

Ads that don't look like ads.

TikTok punishes polish. The brands winning there are the ones producing native, hook-first video at volume — and the ones treating it as its own channel instead of dumping their Meta library into it.

TikTok creative system: content concepts, hook testing, creative review, campaign structure and testing plan for short-form ads

What's included

Creative is the channel. Everything else supports it.

Hook-first creative strategy

The first two seconds decide the outcome. We script and test hooks separately from the body, so you learn what stops the scroll before you spend on the rest.

Creator & UGC sourcing

We source creators who fit your category and brief them properly. Real people talking like people, not actors reading your landing page copy aloud.

Spark Ads & whitelisting

Running creative through creator handles keeps social proof attached and typically holds CPMs down. We handle the authorization and the rights side of it.

Editing cadence

Raw footage gets cut into multiple variants — different hooks, different pacing, different captions — so one shoot produces a testing pipeline instead of one ad.

Events API & tracking

Pixel plus server-side events, properly deduplicated, so TikTok's optimization gets clean signal and your reporting isn't fiction.

Incrementality checks

Before we scale, we check whether TikTok is adding customers or just claiming credit for ones Meta already found. That answer changes the budget decision entirely.

How we run it

Opening TikTok properly.

1

Decide whether TikTok is even right

Some products sell there and some don't. We look at your category, price point, and margin before recommending you spend a dollar on it.

2

Build a native creative library

Separate from your Meta assets. Shot vertically, paced for the platform, and written to sound like a person rather than a brand.

3

Launch on a controlled test budget

Enough spend to get statistically useful signal, capped so a bad test doesn't blow up the month. Clear thresholds set in advance.

4

Scale or stop, honestly

If it works, we scale and keep the creative pipeline fed. If it doesn't, we say so and move the budget back to what does. We'd rather keep the client than keep the channel.

TikTok Ads questions

Can we reuse our Meta creative on TikTok?

You can, and it usually underperforms. TikTok audiences are unusually good at spotting repurposed ad content. We'll test a few as a baseline, but the plan should always include native assets.

Do we need to appear on camera?

No. We source creators for that. Founder-led content does often perform well, so if you're willing, it's worth testing — but it's never a requirement.

Is TikTok worth it for local service businesses?

Sometimes. It works better for visual, demonstrable services in dense metros than for narrow B2B or tightly geo-limited offers. We'll give you a straight answer during the assessment rather than selling you the channel.

Who owns the creator content?

You do, within the usage rights negotiated with each creator. We put those terms in writing before any shoot so there's no ambiguity about what you can run and for how long.

Tell us about your product and spend. We'll tell you honestly whether it's the right next channel for you.
